Vinyasa Yoga (Livestream)

Vinyasa Yoga is a 60 minute moderately paced class that focuses on dynamic movement, breath, and meditation. With safe and playful use of the whole self, options will be given to decrease or increase intensity. Expect warm-up, sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, and more.
