Series: Soft + Strong

Soft + Strong is a series of 7 forty-five-minute classes that will help you wake up, stretch, and feel strong. Each class has a unique theme that will keep you thinking while you move. These classes are slower paced but focus on strength building, you might say they end up feeling just a little fiery. Practice them in order or pick and choose.
